    From heavy-duty sheaves built to haul your heavy loads to light-duty sheaves designed for your vehicle’s drive system, and multi-duty sheaves for every application in between, Gates designs a wide range of versatile, high performance sheaves to keep your belt drive system running smooth. Each sheave is precision manufactured to ensure the perfect fit, and can be completely customized to your belt system with Gates Made-To-Order metals.

    • Use with Hi-Power II A, B or C and Tri-Power AX, BX or CX V-Belts.
    • Available in 2, 3, and 4 groove sizes.
    • For A or B section drives with center distances exceeding 12" for 2 groove drives and 16" for 3 and 4 groove drives, standard Multi-Duty Sheaves can be used as companion sheaves.
    • For C section drives with center distances exceeding 19" for 2 groove drives and 25" for 3 and 4 groove drives, standard Multi-Duty Sheaves can be used as companion sheaves.
    • Stocked in popular bore sizes.
    • Details shown which do not affect drive function or overall weight may be changed without notification.
