    QD™ Bushings

    Gates bushings are engineered with precision tolerance for use with sheaves, sprockets, pulleys, and other power transmission applications. Bushings are available in English and metric bores and come in a variety of materials including sintered steel, cast iron, steel, ductile iron, and stainless steel.

    • WARNING: Excessive cap-screw torque can cause sheave and/or bushing to break. Use of lubricants can result in sheave breakage.
    • Details shown which do not affect drive function or overall weight may be changed without notification.
    • Bushings are made to precise tolerances.
    • Available in popular and standard bore sizes.
