    Yes. Poly Chain belts retrofit to existing fan drives using GT2 sprockets that match standard shaft dimensions. Megaflex hose replaces rubber hose or hard pipe using existing QD terminations. UQD couplings mate with industry-standard connectors.

    Generators idle for extended periods then must start under full load. Polyurethane construction doesn't take a set from sitting, won't corrode like stored chains, and requires zero maintenance during idle months.

    Chains require lubrication, generate oil mist that contaminates coils, stretch over time, and corrode during idle periods. Poly Chain belts run dry, require no lubrication, maintain constant tension, and dampen vibration.

    Our data center coupling families limit fluid loss to <0.2ml per disconnect cycle, enabling hot-swap servicing without system depressurization.

    Patented carbon fiber tensile cords provide higher horsepower rating than steel-reinforced belts. Operating range -54°C to +85°C. Polyurethane construction resists oil, ozone, and abrasion.

    Megaflex achieves a 1.1 to 1.5:1 bend radius to hose ID ratio. For a 1" hose, minimum bend radius is 1.5". This enables tight routing behind in-row units without kinking or flow restriction while maintaining UL94V-0 flame rating.
