    From heavy-duty sheaves built to haul your heavy loads to light-duty sheaves designed for your vehicle’s drive system, and multi-duty sheaves for every application in between, Gates designs a wide range of versatile, high performance sheaves to keep your belt drive system running smooth. Each sheave is precision manufactured to ensure the perfect fit, and can be completely customized to your belt system with Gates Made-To-Order metals.

    • WARNING: Do NOT use these sheaves with rim speeds in excess of 6,500 fpm.
    • Use with Hi-Power® II, Tri-Power®, Dubl-V, Power Curve®, PowerBack® and classical section PowerBand® belts. WARNING: Do NOT use with "A" section PowerBand belts.
    • Precise sheave design produces positive, press fit to shaft.
    • Precision manufactured and static balanced.
    • Details shown which do not affect drive function or overall weight may be changed without notification.
    • Sheaves and bushings must be ordered separately.
    • The multi-duty function applies to part numbers showing both the A and B dimensions.
