PolarSeal™ Hose Portable Crimper Dies

Gates PolarSeal™ Portable Crimper is designed for crimping air conditioning assemblies by hand or impact wrench. The PolarSeal™ Portable Crimper has capability to crimp PolarSeal G45 and G47 couplings, and is intended for use with PolarSeal I and PolarSeal II refrigerant hose. Die included with the crimper have capability to crimp -6, -8, -10, and -12 PolarSeal I and PolarSeal II assemblies.

Portable hand operation, easy to change over from size to size. No electrical requirements.

Heavy-duty construction for use with air impact wrenches.

Includes six color-coded die sets for crimping two-braid barrier hose and reduced barrier hose. Color-coded, urethane encased dies. Quick-change dies, no tools required to change sizes.

OE-style bubble crimp.

Capable of crimping underhood air conditioning applications.

Removable die holder accommodates complicated shapes.

Lightweight for easy handling, less than six pounds. Shipped in a custom carrying case with instructions. Unit can be bench-mounted.

Locator flag centers ferrule in dies.
